Throughout my life, I have faced many challenges and transitions that tested the very limits of my belief, knowledge and skills. I learned that the key to overcoming challenges—to mastering transitions—lies in cultivating your Imagination!

The only way to make your dreams and goals a reality is by developing the mind set to achieve the goal. You must keep dreaming. You must visualize your greatness!

When no one thought I had a chance of going to college, playing basketball, getting married, and having my own business, I saw myself having even more. When no one else believed in me, I had a clear vision of my potential, of who I could—and was going to—become. With that vision as my focus, my work habits lined up with my goals. I would spend hours each day perfecting my skills. The result? My dream became a reality: I became a motivational speaker and now help change people's lives and give them innovative ways of arriving to their destination in life.

What do you need to sacrifice to reach your goals? Maybe it's going back to get that degree, or maybe working a few extra hours a week. No one knows better than you.

SUCCESS always arises from a set of basic principles, Dream Big, Self Development and Be Relentless. I say principles because they always work. Just like Newton's law of gravity—whatever goes up must come down—so the fundamentals of success depend on your commitment to these principles.
